Protect The Listing Changes You’ve Already Made

Keep the corrected fact when older prepared work returns. A reopened draft can still contain an outdated brief or proposal; use the current product evidence before selecting any recovery or live change.

What you’ll be able to do

Choose the newer product fact and follow the recovery available for the actual failed stage.

Before you start

Use the full supplied fact cards, briefs, field values and lifecycle records. All are synthetic exercise inputs. No actual error, live overwrite, regeneration, discard, retry or publication is required.

Keep current facts across the whole recovery

Match the exact store, product, update and affected fields. Compare the prepared version with the current store and newest reliable product evidence. A newer date alone is not enough:identify what changed, why its source is applicable and which fact must stay. In the supplied case, the pack-quantity correction is explicit.

Scheduled work may be held when current store content changed after preparation. Read the reason and current status before acting. Reopen draft, Re-optimise, Retry sync or Retry analysis are not interchangeable promises; use an action only when it is actually offered for that item and stage.

Reopening preparation does not itself make its instructions current. Check the current listing, chosen Copy field, product-specific information and proposed text. Preserve the corrected fact in both the brief and any proposed replacement. Keep the current field while either version is unsuitable; do not apply an old two-pack description just because it was generated or internally approved earlier.

A simple known text correction can be edited and reviewed without requiring a new generation. If a future generation is genuinely useful, review the revised brief and displayed estimate before separately authorising it. Product facts belong in the current product brief; reusable tone or a saved profile cannot establish pack quantity.

Save Copy Choices includes deliberate field choices in the draft; Review & Publish is the later scope check. Save for later or Close→Save and exit keeps workspace progress. None of those saves proves publication or a new schedule. An old held update is not automatically resolved merely because a separate corrected draft exists.

Check the live listing before recovering a failure. If the intended change is already live and a later analysis or sync failed, address that offered failed stage instead of repeating publication. A stale refresh warning or missing current value is incomplete evidence; reload and inspect before deciding.

Complete this comparison with supplied records. No live takeover, discard, publication or retry is needed. Keep a recovery note with product/store, affected field, old and current values, source/time, actual status and next available action. Contact support with that context when necessary; keep credentials and tokens out of the note.

Your supplied source correction

SYNTHETIC EXERCISE — EX-SHOP-01 / Willow Home UK / EX-WC-901 / WHITE-MUG-350, White stoneware mug. Observation 10 November 2026, 08:05 UTC. These are supplied paper records, not supplier verification or an actual conflict created in a live shop. No generation, spending, publication, retry, schedule or destructive discard is requested. The full current fact cards, briefs and field values are supplied for reasoning. They do not prove an actual product’s physical contents or any live Sprintr recovery behaviour.

Source / revision	Supplied time	Full supplied product record
EX-FACT-901-REV1	8 November 2026, 10:00 UTC	Earlier supplied record: white stoneware mugs, 350 ml each, two cups per sellable pack. This quantity record is superseded by REV2, not current evidence to retain.
EX-FACT-901-REV2	9 November 2026, 11:30 UTC	Supplied correction: white stoneware, 350 ml, ONE cup per sellable unit. Earlier two-cup record was incorrect. Care, origin and sustainability unknown. Use this newer corrected quantity in the exercise.

Compare both full briefs

Brief	Full instructions
Older brief	Describe two white stoneware mugs with 350 ml capacity each. State that two cups are included. Use plain wording; do not add care, origin or sustainability claims.
Corrected brief	Describe one white stoneware mug with a 350 ml capacity. State that one cup is included. Preserve that corrected pack quantity. Use plain wording; do not add care, origin, sustainability or any second included cup.

Compare the full affected-field values

Description / role	Full value
Older prepared two-cup proposal	This pair of white stoneware mugs includes two cups. Each mug holds 350 ml. The white stoneware gives the set a simple look for everyday drinks.
Current live one-cup text in supplied records	One white stoneware mug with a 350 ml capacity. One cup is included.
Corrected paper proposal	This white stoneware mug holds 350 ml. One cup is included.

Read the current store and held update

Supplied EX-HIST-901 at 9 November 2026, 12:00 UTC: Description changed from the full old prepared two-cup text to the full current one-cup text. A supplied storefront observation 10 November 08:05 UTC exactly matches the full current one-cup Description. Title White stoneware mug remains unchanged.

EX-UPD-901 / EX-SHOP-01 / EX-WC-901, Description only, prepared 8 November 13:00 UTC; scheduled 10 November 2026, 09:00 Europe/London UTC+00:00. At 10 November 08:00 UTC it is Needs attention for newer-store-content conflict. Prepared Description exactly matches the older two-cup proposal in the table; current store exactly matches the current one-cup Description in the table. Offered action in THIS supplied case: Reopen draft. No force/apply-anyway action is supplied.

Supplied reopened workspace EX-WS-901 at 10 November 08:10 UTC contains the same store/listing. Copy/Description is the only requested field. Additional information still contains the full older brief in the table. Proposed Description still matches the full older two-cup proposal in the table. Keep current is selected for Description; Use optimised is not selected. Other fields/media are outside review. Reopening alone has not repaired the brief or text.

The offered Reopen draft route belongs to this supplied case. The current document describes available recovery as status-dependent; it does not establish that your own account has this control or that reopening is a completed repair.

Try it

Compare REV1 and REV2 with the full old brief, old proposal, current store Description and supplied History. Name the exact newer fact to preserve and why using the old text would reintroduce an error.
Inspect the held update and supplied reopened workspace. Record the offered action, Description-only scope, outdated Additional information/proposal and existing Keep current choice. Explain what reopening has not fixed.
Write a complete corrected brief and Description using the current one-cup fact. Exclude unsupported care, origin, sustainability and a second cup; compare your wording with the full supplied models.
Read EX-WS-901-R. State which one field is prepared for review, which values it compares and what is still unresolved in old EX-UPD-901. Do not call saved choices or workspace save a successful recovery/publication.
Classify the separate 902 analysis failure and 903 incomplete refreshed record. Choose only the evidenced stage/action, or the missing evidence to obtain, before a future authorised action.

Compare your fact-preservation decision

REV2 explicitly corrects the sellable unit to ONE cup. The current full Description and EX-HIST-901 agree; REV1 and the old brief/proposal are outdated. Applying that prepared two-cup copy would reintroduce the wrong quantity into Description. In this supplied case, Reopen draft leads to EX-WS-901, but its old Additional information and proposed text still need repair. Keep current protects the correct current Description while preparing a factual replacement. Compare with the complete corrected brief and Description shown in the tables; no new generation is required by this exercise.

The corrected brief and proposal are both complete in the tables. They preserve white stoneware, 350 ml and one cup while excluding unverified care, origin and sustainability. A draft can be checked against known supplied facts without requesting another generated result.

Read what the corrected checkpoint proves

Separate supplied paper checkpoint EX-WS-901-R at 10 November 08:20 UTC: Additional information contains the full corrected brief in the table; Description edited to the full corrected proposal in the table; Use optimised chosen for that corrected Description; Save Copy Choices completed. Review includes EX-SHOP-01/EX-WC-901, Description only, current Description→corrected proposal in the table. No Title, Short description, price or media included. Workspace saved for later. The old held EX-UPD-901 is STILL Needs attention in this case; no publication, new schedule, retry or closure of the old item is supplied.

Keep the two lifecycle records separate. The corrected workspace is saved preparation for one Description field; the older held update still needs a current supported decision. This exercise supplies no successful Retry, new schedule, publication or automatic replacement of the old pending item.

Separate a verified live result from failed analysis

Separate EX-UPD-902 / EX-SHOP-01 / EX-WC-901: Description publication completed 10 November 07:50 UTC; supplied History and storefront 08:05 UTC both match the full current one-cup text. Analysis failed 07:51 UTC; current item offers Retry analysis. Publication is already verified within this exercise. This is not the held EX-UPD-901 newer-content conflict.

Handle missing current evidence

Separate EX-UPD-903 / EX-SHOP-01 / EX-WC-902: Needs attention, reason could not be refreshed. No current recovery control or live field value is supplied. Reload/check the actual current record and store before deciding; do not invent Reopen draft, Retry, successful recovery or a forced application from this incomplete record.

EX-WS-901-R contains the corrected brief and corrected Description choice for review, Description only. It is saved preparation, not publication; old EX-UPD-901 remains Needs attention with no new schedule or completed recovery supplied. In separate 902, the one-cup Description is already verified live and analysis alone failed; inspect/use only its offered Retry analysis when appropriate, not a repeat publication. For 903, the current reason/control/live value are unavailable; reload and gather them before deciding. Do not assume the 901 Reopen draft action exists for every case.

Check your understanding

Complete the formative question and keep full source/brief/text/scope reasoning. A reopened workspace, correct option or saved checkpoint is not evidence that a held schedule was resolved or a store changed.
